History
Lunn Groves was founded in 2003 by Daniel Lunn and Stephen Groves as a niche practice focused on providing
legal services to the licensed and leisure sector. Daniel was previously a Partner in the leading commercial
practice of Hammonds. Stephen was an Associate for three years in the respected Birmingham firm of Anthony
Collins.
Whilst still relatively young, the firm provides
legal services to several major corporate clients and professional practices.

Daniel Lunn:
Daniel specialises in commercial property, corporate insolvency/banking and general commercial matters.
Stephen Groves:
Stephen specialises in commercial litigation, contentious insolvency, debt collection and licensing.
He has particular expertise in property-related commercial litigation.

In addition to the Partners, we employ a staff of three with fee-earning/administrative responsibilities.
