Daniel Lunn
Daniel was previously a partner in a national law firm and has over 30 years of legal experience. He specialises in general corporate and commercial work including bank and finance-related matters. Daniel retired from Lunn Groves as a partner on 31st March 2022 and is now acting in a consultant capacity. From the date of his retirement, Daniel no longer incurs any liabilities in respect of the partnership.
Stephen Groves
Stephen qualified in 1996 and was previously an associate partner in a respected Birmingham law firm. He specialises in property litigation (commercial & residential), commercial litigation, contentious insolvency, debt collection and liquor licensing and heads up our dispute resolution team. His clients include national brewers and pub companies, individual leisure operators, property investors, bank/lenders and professional practices for whom he handles a substantial volume of instructions.
Charlotte Jones
Charlotte trained at Lunn Groves after obtaining an L.L.B (Hons) law degree from Liverpool John Moores University and a post-graduate Masters in sports law from Nottingham Trent University. Charlotte has 13 years post-qualification experience and was promoted to the partnership in November 2021. She specialises in commercial business and property disposals/acquisitions including, but not limited to, transactions within the leisure and care sectors.
