Information we may collect from you

We may collect and process the following data about you and your computer (via use of “cookies”, see below). This includes information that you provide(if applicable) in filling out forms on or contacting us through www.lunngroves.co.uk (our site). This includes (by way of example) information provided when you submit an enquiry or feedback or request an appointment or call back, when you book an event with us, when you submit your CV or a job application back to us or otherwise request our service. If you contact us we may keep a record of that correspondence.

We may disclose your personal information to any member of our firm.  We may disclose your personal information to third parties:
 
  • in the event that we sell or buy any business or asset, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you.  Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act.  Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10.00 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Cookies
Please note that we may also collect information about your computer by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. A cookie consists of information sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. This information can be used to analyse the use of our website and  prepare reports. We use BT at this time to provide this service and BT will therefore store this information, please refer to BT’s own website for its privacy policy.
